Incorporating Bylaw 85: Electronic meetings and balloting by-law and Bylaw #87.
This bylaw includes members’ meetings (GMMs), quorum, member control, the role of the board of directors, elections, board procedures, confidentiality, conflict of interest, staffing, membership in federations, committees, finance, signing on behalf of the co-op. The bylaw has been updated with Bylaw 85, Electronic meetings and balloting by-law.
