Board notice: AGM postponement, March 16, 2020

Considering the evolving situation with coronavirus, the Board has decided to postpone our AGM. The infection rate in Canada has been relatively low so far, but things are changing rapidly, and it seems best to err on the side of caution.

In a few weeks’ time, we will hopefully know whether our governments have succeeded in isolating and containing the outbreak. Meanwhile, please hang on to the packages that were delivered last week. This will save us the expense of reprinting them.

We’re staying in contact with CHFT, and monitoring the Canadian health situation. We’ll announce a new AGM date as soon as possible.
