This online system eliminates the need to fill out physical work order forms.
The system will notify you every step of the way.
If you prefer, paper forms are available in the Photocopy Room.

Steps to complete your online Work Order Form:

Go to www.bit.ly/workorderportal .

In How Can We Help:  Be sure to put your unit number / address first and then a short description of the problem.

In Tell Us More About It:  Put in as much detail as possible so our maintenance team will understand where to diagnose and how to fix the issue you are experiencing.

Please also add your preferred date and time of entry for maintenance to enter your unit (this will act as giving permission to enter).

If you have any files such as filled out-physical work orders, documentation regarding previous services conducted in your unit etc., please attach these under the “Files” section.

If you have any photos to show the issue you are experiencing, you can attach them as well.

In Contact Information:  Include your unit number, phone number and email address.
Without your unit number, your work order will not be able to be processed as we will be unsure where we need to direct our services.
Without your phone number, we are unable to set up an appointment with you for maintenance and/or a contractor to enter.
Without your email address, you cannot get updates through this system.

Select the box next to the “Receive Email Notifications”  to ensure your work order progress is shared with you. This will keep you up-to-date during the work order process. (include your email address in Contact Info along with your phone number.)

Pest control policy and procedure

The Woodsworth pest control policy and procedure is for common areas and member units.  Members are responsible to promptly report any signs of pest activity or infestations to the office. The pest control company will handle all pest-related issues, including bed bugs, mice, rodents, insects, backyard infestation etc., using environmentally friendly and safe methods.

Recycling and scooter garage: update

January 10, 2024

The recycling bins have been moved to the compactor room and will be accessible by fob this upcoming week.

The scooter garage in the garage will be fob accessible. Everyone with a scooter will need to go to the office with their fob so update it to gain authorization to access this space.
