Evictions and arrears

The Occupancy Bylaw details the rules about evictions for arrears and other reasons.It also contains forms:

– that call the member to a Board meeting (Notice to Appear)
– to document any decision by the Board of Directors for arrears or for non-arrears situations
–  to be sent to the member(s) to give them official notice of eviction.

The Occupancy Bylaw also has performance agreement forms for arrears and non-arrears situations.
