Woodsworth Housing Co-operative has a Privacy Officer (PIPEDA). If you have privacy concerns that the Website Committee cannot address, members can check the member directory or you can contact co-op manager or Board to find out who is designated as the Privacy Officer. What personal data we collect and why we collect it:
Cookies
The website can remember your password for protected posts, depending on your browser and your personal preferences on your device.
Backups
Data backups are kept on Google Drive. We only keep them for a limited amount of time. Only the information on the website itself will be in the backup, not the user visiting the site.
Contact forms
If you subscribe for email alerts, we keep contact form submissions, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes.
We use Email Subscriber from Icegram if you choose to subscribe for new post alerts.
WordFence security plugin

It tracks searches but our site is set so that it does not log user IP addresses. This is to optimize search results. However your visit is not tracked. These search logs are stored indefinitely.

Security Logs
The IP address of visitors, user ID of logged in users, and username of login attempts are conditionally logged to check for malicious activity and to protect the site from specific kinds of attacks. This information is retained by iThemes for 14 days.
Who we share your data with
This site is scanned for potential malware and vulnerabilities by Sucuri’s SiteCheck. iThemes does not send personal information to Sucuri; however, Sucuri could find personal information posted publicly (such as in comments) during their scan. For more details, please see Sucuri’s privacy policy.

Where we send your data
