Board Meetings

For the benefit of members who may wish to run for the Board, here’s an update on how the schedule works.

Woodsworth Board of Directors meetings are held on the first and third Tuesday of the month. Meetings start at 6:30 pm and are usually finished by 9:30. (Meetings were formerly on Wednesday nights, but were moved up to Tuesdays to allow more time to get submissions into the Weekly, when necessary.)

Meetings are currently being held virtually via Zoom. Directors can participate by computer, tablet, or smartphone. Directors can also join the online meeting by regular voice phone.

After the recent election, the Board of Directors agreed that the positions for officers and the liaison to management will remain the same:

Vice-President — Jane Rubel
Corporate Secretary — Frank Lenk
Treasurer — Richard West
PML — Carol Pasten
Directors-at-large — Julia Clark, Aaron Lenk
